Hello,

After the installation of the module on a Sugar Pro 7.7.2.0 when i try to setup the key, i have a blank page. There are no errors then, but there are some triggered when the module was installed:

    Happy to help. Can you tell me the version you attempted to upload into the Module Loader and if the installation was successful?

    Regarding the errors, it sounds like certain files we expect to be installed are either not found or not accessible by Sugar. Sugar has recommended permissions that need to be set in order for Module Loader to be able to put files where they need to go, and have proper access to them.     Hello,

    All Sugar requirements are met on this Sugar instance. There must be an issue with this specific version of Sugar as you can see in the error, the file path is wrong... : (custom/Extension/modules/Accounts/Ext/clients/base/layouts/subpanels/sugarchimpactivity_accounts_subpanel_base.php/modules/)

    I have tried to copy manually the files, but that doesn't seem to work either.

    Thanks for this. Can you tell me the version you attempted to upload into the Module Loader? I'm including a link to our latest version, which is 9.1.3. Can you install the latest version and see if the issue still persists?
