#4310 - Mail Chimp not syncing to Sugar CRM
Hi,
My mail chimp lists for the past few weeks are having errors. The contacts in multiple lists are not syncing to Sugar CRM.
In addition, there has been changes recently as the plug in was causing errors with our scheduler/sending out scheduled reports, so Squiz (our Sugar CRM tenchnical team) were working with Sugar Chimp and found a work around. I had to change some settings in Mail Chimp (ie. untick via API in the webhook). Unsure if there were other settings changed that might be casuign these errors.

Hi Morgan,
Happy to help. Just to confirm, are these new records being added manually or through another Mailchimp integration? Additionally, can you try editing the name of an existing contact in Mailchimp and seeing if that change is reflected in Sugar? Any additional insight into the issues that you're seeing will help troubleshoot the underlying cause.

Just wanted to quickly follow up on this case. We discovered that the records not syncing to Sugar were being added from another Mailchimp integration. As a result we re-selected 'via the API' and new contacts were created again in the CRM. Closing this ticket out, but please feel free to reach back out if you needed anything further.
