#4331 - Mapping "Tags" field between Sugar CRM and Mailchimp
Hi
I am currently working on a new request in our already running Sugarchimp integration where we have a need to map the "Tags" field from Sugar CRM to the Tags field in Mailchimp.
When I look at the list of currently available fields for mapping between the two applications, "Tags" field not showing up in that list, even though it is present in both the portals.
Is there something extra I need to do here to see this field in the field mapping screen, or if there is something that I am missing out on?
We are using the server-hosted version of Sugar CRM, just in case, this information is relevant.
Please let me know in case any other information is required from my end. Looking forward for a response soon.
