I raised a case to get information on one of the Sugarchimp capabilities. However, the case was closed before all my questions were answered. So opening another one to get the answers to my questions. Here is the link to the case that I raised previously.

My further question to this is: So is there a way to achieve what I need with the current tool capabilities? Can I create a custom merge tag or a group, and use that to map with the "Tags" field in SugarCRM?
I basically need some mechanism to map and use the "Tags" from Sugar CRM to Mailchimp, to group together various contacts in Mailchimp.
Please let me know. And I would appreciate if the case is NOT closed until the questions have been addressed.
