#4338 - Configured Webhook
Hi there,
I received a message from MailChimp saying that the webhooks on my account were disabled after multiple requests to their servers failed to receive a successful response. Please email me for the URL.
Do you know what might be wrong with this link and how I can reinstate the webhook?

Happy to help. To confirm, is the URL for a live instance of Sugar or is it for a staging/dev environment? Can you forward the email you received to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com so I can take a closer look?

Just wanted to follow up and close this ticket out as well as were able to troubleshoot further through email. We determined we can reduce the number of requests being sent by unchecking the 'via the API' checkbox and clicking Update. This will ensure data still makes it to Sugar and should resolve the error mentioned by Mailchimp.
