Do we need to have a paid SugarCRM account prior to installing SugarChimp?

Thanks for reaching out. You should be able to install and use SugarChimp with a trial of SugarCRM but there may be limited functionality depending on the features that SugarCRM has in place during your trial.
I see you also emailed about this issue, so I'll follow up there to see if you're having any trouble installing or using SugarChimp.
