#4369 - Issues with Audience loading from Sugar into MailChimp
Hello,
I am contacting you on behalf our client Rice Engineering. We are having an issue where some people that have subscribed are being marked as opted out in Sugar which we had set them up prior to setting up SugarChimp as not opted out and when we check in MailChimp they show that they subscribed. We are also noticing that some of the records we marked to upload don't seem to be syncing between Sugar and Mail Chip after updating SugarChimp. Could you please give me a call or email me to discuss this issue?

Hi Karim,
Happy to help. In regards to the unsubscribes, can you tell me if these records are on more than one list? Or if any of the lists you're syncing have been deleted or removed?
Can you tell me more about the records you were expecting to sync, but aren't? Do these records exist in Mailchimp and aren't syncing to Sugar? It is worth noting that if you had records in Mailchimp prior to the SugarChimp integration, you'd need to queue a Mailchimp to Sugar sync to get those records into Sugar. You can see more about this here: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021399831
If you want to schedule some time to talk through this and share your screen, we're happy to hop on a call at any time. Feel free to find a time that works best for you here:

Thanks for your help in troubleshooting!

Hi Abi,
What we have done first is delete any trace of SugarChimp in Sugar prior to installing the new SugarChimp as we had a version in there that was not active. We also did check MailChimp prior to configuring SugarChimp and no records were in there. Once we installed SugarChimp on Sugar we created a target list to load via SugarChimp and that loaded the contacts. However, we decided to subscribe to the next version of SugarChimp on the same day so we can use the filtering feature for the fields and archived the old contacts on MailChimp but now it seems that SugarChimp is not sending all the contacts that have the values we specified on the Filters along with the confusion with the Opt out emails. I did setup a call for Tuesday as per your calendar at 8 am MT as it may be easier to review what is happening together by video.
Thanks, Karim Mahdi
