#4369 - Issues with Audience loading from Sugar into MailChimp
Hello,
I am contacting you on behalf our client Rice Engineering. We are having an issue where some people that have subscribed are being marked as opted out in Sugar which we had set them up prior to setting up SugarChimp as not opted out and when we check in MailChimp they show that they subscribed. We are also noticing that some of the records we marked to upload don't seem to be syncing between Sugar and Mail Chip after updating SugarChimp.
