#4437 - Some issues with uninstall
Hi We have an instance of SugarCRm running here wstj.symphony-crm.com
It used to have a demo key of Sugarchimp running v9.2.2c, however we uninstalled the some time ago.
This key was obtained as a demo key under my colleagues account (Brian.coventry:whysymphony)
Just now we are trying to upgrade this instance to CRM V10 and noticing a few issues and logs in the file - to do with an incomplete uninstall of sugarchimp.
I have tried reinstalling the 9.2.2c zip and uninstalled it but we still have many sugarchimp files in the site.
What steps do you suggest for a clean uninstall?
PS we are running an IIS\MSSQL stack.
