#4475 - Reports based on Mailchimp Activity do not show any data

Hi Team, We are able to see the MailChimp activities in the side dashlet in the detail records, but, if we generate a report based on the Mailchimp Activities module we do not see any data. We are on a basic plan. Is the plan restricting our visibility to data in the reports? Thank you Swetha More

    Hi Swetha,

    Thanks for reaching out. The ability to use reporting to pull Mailchimp data within Sugar is available on the Professional or Ultimate plans. The Basic plan will display the data within the dashlet, but does not sync the data to Sugar in order to make it visible within reporting.
