#4555 - Mailchimp activity not showing up + accounts dashlet
Dear support,
I have two situations that I need to fix for our customer. 1) The module Mailchimp activity is not being populated even though we have already sent a first newsletter, the module is just empty (Sugar version PRO 8.08) (SugarChimp version 11.0.0a) 2) The dashlet in the accounts module showing the related records activity says Fetching Mailchimp Activity Data. . .
Could you please help me?

Can you send along a copy of the logs (instructions noted below) as well as a screenshot of the Health Status page to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com so I can take a closer look?
From Sugar Admin, click System Settings

Hi Heidi,
1) professional. The campaign was sent on July 2nd. 2) Unfortunately the log shows data only for today and there is no reference to SugarChimp

Thanks, Giovanni. Can you also send along a screenshot of the Health Status page to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com? Additionally, can you tell me if the dashlet shows activity on the contact, target, or lead level?
Let's go ahead and put SugarChimp into debug mode to get some further logs.

Just wanted to quickly follow up here to note that it appears the integration wasn't fully installed. Once installed, these issues no longer appear.
