#4643 - SugarChimp doesn't sync data from SugarCRM to Mailchimp
My data from SugarCRM doesn't sync with Mailchimp though we tried 3-4 times to hit the sync button from our CRM. I checked with Mailchimp Support team and they said there is something wrong with the update requests (Such as PUT, POST, or PATCH for example). Can your team help to check please?

Happy to help. It looks like you are on an older version of SugarChimp. Let's start with updating to the latest version. Can you follow the steps below to update to the latest version of SugarChimp?

Does this issue relevant to the new version? I checked the new version released on Feb 07, 2022 but our problem happened at the end of October 2021? Btw, does this update affect our system cause we handle so much data in there?

And the current version we're using is SugarChimp-7.9.2j-for-Sugar6, is it safe to upgrade to the new version called SugarChimp-11.0.2-for-SugarCRM cause the names seem different?

Thanks for confirming. The latest version for Sugar 6 is SugarChimp 9.3.3. You should be able to find this navigating to your purchases, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/gqwkgq. Are you seeing that on your end?
I can understand your hesitancy, but given that SugarChimp 7.9.2 is about 4 years old and we've had countless bug fixes and updates since then it's hard to troubleshoot accurately without being on the latest version. Updating to the latest version shouldn't affect your system and most customers are able to do so without issue. If you want to be cautious you can, of course, take a backup just in case.

As it’s evening in my timezone, we will try to update to the new one tomorrow to see if anything changes. Really hope it works.
Besides, just to be clear about what I was confirmed from Mailchimp team on how the sync happens: when the Mailchimp sent the GET request to SugarChimp to retrieve the Audience list, they are not seeing any update requests (Such as PUT, POST, or PATCH for example). That’s why our Mailchimp doesn’t get any latest data.
So, in the meantime:
Can you help look into this issue to see if anything’s wrong from the SugarChimp side apart from the old version we’re using?
Because our “old” version still worked well without upgrading til’ the end of October 2021, can you also help to check if anything happened around that time and accidentally led to this issue?

Just wanted to check in to see if you were able to get the new version installed.
I don't see anything wrong on the SugarChimp end and we haven't had any other customers report this issue so far, so I'm still inclined we need to get to the latest version and troubleshoot further from there if needed.
