#4735 - Error - MailChimp Rating - link disappearing - Contact now unable to get updates.
Hi SugarChimp,
The MailChimp rating in Sugar has been removed, this means the Contact can not be updated at all.
We use SugarChimp to link MailChimp to Sugar.
Other info:
• In MailChimp there are no issues and the Rating is showing as ‘2’
• The 2 mail chimp lists attached via Sugar chimp to Sugar are linked, synced and have no issues.
• This is not affecting everyone in those lists. It appears to be random, across lists.
In Sugar - a work around I have found:
• If I Export the contact data the field of Rating ‘2’ has been replaced with ‘2022’
• If I Import it back with that field as ‘2’ then it fixes it and all is back to normal.
