for three different customers, I report that the licenses are not active. Is it a general problem? If not, I ask what can be verified.

We had an issue with the SugarOutfitters marketplace licensing API over the past 24 hours that has now been resolved. Please try to revalidate and it should be working again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
