#4766 - SugarChimp failed to sync to Mailchimp

Closed General Question created by GDT Technology Verified Purchase a year ago

Hi team,

Good day. We have upgraded our SugarCRM to version 12.0.2 early this year.

Checked and noticed that the SugarChimp version we used previously installed not working.

We have upgraded our SugarChimp to version 12.3.0a and the scheduler is running again.

Checked MailChimp and noticed that the new/latest Targets (email addresses) in SugarCRM hasn't been Sync over to MailChimp.

I have checked and confirmed the Field Mapping is all correct.

Can you please advise if there is any other settings to check to ensure the Target to properly sync from SugarCRM to MailChimp?

Thank you.

Kind regards, GDT Technology

Happy to help. If I understand correctly, the scheduler is running but new records in Sugar is not syncing to Mailchimp, is that correct? Our latest version is SugarChimp 13.0.2 and has some pretty significant changes. Let's start by getting up to date with the most recent version. Instructions for doing that can be found here: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004608392-Update-to-the-Latest-Version-of-SugarChimp

Once installed, if we're still not seeing the new records appear, let's gather a bit more information: - Navigate to SugarChimp's Health Status page and send a screenshot to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com (include the entire page, including the lists that are syncing along the bottom.) - From within the Health Status page, change the /health-status portion within the URL to /adminbatches. This shows us the batches of data we're sending to Mailchimp and any errors we're getting back. Click Show along the left-hand side and for any that have errors, click Download and send those files along to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com. (The most recent few should be sufficient.)

If you want to walk through these steps together, feel free to schedule a Zoom call and I'm happy to hop on an troubleshoot together: https://calendly.com/fanaticallabs_support/sugarchimp-support-meeting

    Thanks, Heidi
