#4812 - Installation Failed
Hi there,
I just tried installing V13.2.5 of the plug-in on a client on-cloud SugarCRM instance that is on V13.1.0. I am receiving the below error after trying to install via Module Loader. I tried in different browsers and Google Chrome Incognito mode:
Manifest Issues manifest.php Manifest contains forbidden expression on line 781 Manifest contains forbidden expression on line 783 Manifest can contain only two variables: $manifest and $installdefs Manifest can contain only two variables: $manifest and $installdefs Manifest can contain only two variables: $manifest and $installdefs

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for sending this along. We've been informed by Sugar that this is a known issue. They said you can reach out to Sugar Support to request that the instance have the package scanner enabled. When you do so, that should allow SugarChimp to install.
If you still have issues after working with Sugar Support to turn on the package scanner, please let me know!
Thanks, Heidi

Hi there,
Thanks for the response. I worked with Sugar Support today. They confirmed that the package scanner function was already enabled. I had them disable it and I tried again several times. I received an error, "Issue with manifest". Please advise.
Thanks, Daniel

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for checking in. I was working with our developer to see if Sugar has an update for us. Unfortunately, I don't think the information you received from Sugar Support is correct. We've been told by Sugar this issue is not related to the manifest.php or its contents but a hotfix that they introduced as part of their ongoing security efforts in Sugar. It sounds like your package scanner is enabled, but the installation is still not working. I recommend following back up with them to escalate it on their end.
To confirm, can you tell us the instance you're attempting to install this on? Is it a live instance OnDemand or a demo/sandbox instance? Feel free to send that information to us privately and directly at mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com.
Thanks, Heidi

Just wanted to quickly follow up here. Our latest version should address the errors you received during installation. My apologies for the confusion. I've also sent you an email, so if you have any trouble, feel free to reply back at any time.
Best, Heidi
