#4818 - Sugarshimp Sync Fail
We are getting every 5 minutes mails saying 'Heads Up! SugarChimp Sync Failed. As indicated in the mail, we contacted mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com and Heidi Washington asked us to do the following. From within Sugar Admin, click Setup under the SugarChimp section Click Step 3 Connect Click the large Mailchimp icon and enter your Mailchimp credentials When we follow these steps and when filling in the credentials of Rudy Peeters (username Rudy.peeters@agfa.com and his password) we get the message ' sorry, we couldn't find any account with that username. ......' Login into this portal SugarChimp | SugarCRM - MailChimp | SugarCRM Email Marketing (sugaroutfitters.com) with the credentials we tried above works perfectly. Can you please assist us in getting this solved ?

Thanks for reaching out. The login credentials you'll use on this step are for the admin account of your Mailchimp account. Those credentials will be different from the ones you use for SugarOutfitters or SugarCRM.
I recommend checking with your marketing team and whoever manages your Mailchimp account to get those credentials. If you're not sure of your Mailchimp credentials, you'll need to reach out to Mailchimp directly to get assistance with determining who has an account and getting access to that account.
