#4818 - Sugarshimp Sync Fail
We are getting every 5 minutes mails saying 'Heads Up! SugarChimp Sync Failed.
As indicated in the mail, we contacted mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com and Heidi Washington asked us to do the following.
From within Sugar Admin, click Setup under the SugarChimp section
Click Step 3 Connect
Click the large Mailchimp icon and enter your Mailchimp credentials
When we follow these steps and when filling in the credentials of Rudy Peeters (username Rudy.peeters@agfa.com and his password) we get the message ' sorry, we couldn't find any account with that username. ......'
Login into this portal SugarChimp | SugarCRM - MailChimp | SugarCRM Email Marketing (sugaroutfitters.com) with the credentials we tried above works perfectly.
Can you please assist us in getting this solved ?
