#4839 - SugarChimp Error
We were having a problem with accounts module on SugarCRM (AccessCloud) – it allowed you to search and click on the account, but then showed a HTTP:500 Internet Server Error. That’s fixed now, looks like SugarChimp was causing the issues. There was a Dashlet on the Accounts Record Dashboard which we have turned off for now. PLEASE SEE ERROR DETAILS BELOW. Can you advise if updating to a new version of SugarChimp will fix the issue?

Hello,
I have been informed that our SugarCRM has been upgraded to version 13.
According to SugarChimp, we need to update it to SugarChimp-14.0.3-for-SugarCRM.zip
Is it okay to put this package over the top of the other one (the old one we currently have installed)? We either have to uninstall the old and install the new one (Not the best idea as we may lose data), or put this one over the top.

Apologies for my delay here. I replied via email but wanted to reply here as well to close the loop. Reply back on the email if you have any questions.
You won't need to uninstall the prior version SugarChimp. Instead, you'll just install the latest version in the Module Loader.
