#487 - Owner of SugarChimp - One and Two Way Sync not working
I have the app installed in Sugar Community Edition. I have everything setup properly (at least I think I do). I created a Target List in Sugar, added Targets, Contacts, and Leads……I have the scheduler configured in Sugar. I even added a cron job in cpanel at the domain (insuringincome.com).
I am not seeing one way or two way syncing. Please help. Thanks.

Well….when I say owner, I mean that I bought a copy in the past of course.

Hello, it looks like your license expired a few months ago. I show you purchased a 1 year license of SugarChimp back in May 2012. The reason it is not working is because the license key is expired.
You have a couple options to activate your license:
1) Go to your orders (login with user joecapone, use the forgot password tool if you need to), click on "Purchase History", click on "Update Payment Information". After giving your new payment information, it will charge you for a new year license and your key will be activated.
2) Or you can start a new trial and get a new license key. Either way will work, but payment information is required.
