#504 - SugarChimp not syncing lists
Have installed and reinstalled SugarChimp (3.1.28) but it still does not appear to be syncing changes between the Target List in Sugar (Professional On-Demand version) and MailChimp list. I do see some campaign data flowing into Sugar, but it appears to ignore all list-related changes. Sugar Scheduler lists Process Sync List with numerous Execute Times (all showing Job Status "done") . But it's not really doing anything.

Addendum: Looked in SugarChimp Process Queue and it lists numerous UpdateCampaign... and SyncCampaign actions all as Processed, but only time shown is the time of installation -- no activity after that (and no list-related actions apparently). Hope this helps....

Hi Douglas, we've just recently launched a major rewrite of the SugarChimp integration. Version 3 of SugarChimp is no longer supported. We've built it in that makes it much simpler to install and it does not have the issues you're describing.
First, uninstall the old version of SugarChimp you have. Then go to your downloads, download and install the latest package (7.0.3 at the time of writing this). The install/setup process is much simpler: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/user-guide

Sorry to revisit this, but I installed version 7.0.3. and it only syncs one-way and only partial data. No data sync from Sugar Target List (Leads) to Chimp, such as when I add a Lead to the Sugar Target list. And, when I add a subscriber to the Chimp email list, it only syncs the subscriber First/Last Name into the Sugar Target List, but no Email address, Account Name, or other fields come over from the email list. It seems that the Chimp list's webhook sees the SugarChimp integration, but only passes the first/last name. nd it seems that Sugar doesn't send anything to Chimp, although the scheduler says it's running. I have tried reinstalling several times, and have also created brand new Target Lists, to no avail. Any thoughts about what might be wrong?

I am facing the same issue for suite CRM. SuiteCRM not syncing list from and to Mail chimp automatically even scheduler run successfully. It only sync when we manually re-sync from Admin > Sugar Chimp Configuration > sync list.
