#578 - Problem syncing updated merge field
In SugarCRM, we have a drop-down field 'status_c' in our Contacts. This is being mapped to a drop-down field 'Contact Status' in 'Sugar-Contacts-APP+WEB'. When the field is updated in SugarCRM, it is not being updated in MailChimp.

Hi Homer, a couple things to cover first:
1) Did you follow these instructions to setup your field mapping? https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/sync-custom-fields
2) Is your Sugar Scheduler running properly? In Admin, scroll to the Sugarchimp section, click "Health Status". It should look something like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/aaq1x5v5gmpikoq/Screenshot%202014-05-27%2011.33.12.png
Does it say your scheduler is active? Has it run recently?

We were able to resolved this case over email. Closing the case for now! :)
