#614 - Reconfiguring lists

Hi there, I have a question! How can we rematch the lists between SugarCRM and MailChimp? We have about 17 lists in SugarCRMa and MailChimp but for an unknown reason only one of them gets synchronized. I thought that maybe we've chosen a wrong subscriber type ( target-contact-lead) on that time. Thanks for your help in advance

    Hello!

    Since you are re-syncing that many lists, go to Admin->Schedulers and set the SugarChimp scheduler to inactive. Then go to each target list and edit each one setting the MailChimp list to blank and saving. Then go to Admin->SugarChimp Configuration to resync the lists. Once that is done turn the SugarChimp scheduler back to Active.

      Thanks for your response. I followed your instructions but I can't see any option to edit MailChimp list in the SugarCRM target list edition panel. I appreciate it if you help me more with this. We are using SugarCRM Version 6.5.2 (Build 8410)

    Hi there, when you go to a target list you should see to SugarChimp-related fields "MailChimp List" and "Create new MailChimp subscribers as" (near the bottom of screenshot): https://www.dropbox.com/s/oxiiipid35h3dra/Screenshot%202014-06-24%2013.29.33.png

    If you do not see it, you can go to Studio and add the field there. If it is not in Studio, let me know I can take a closer look at your system.

      Hi,

      I could not see the dropdown list in the target list edition panel. I also could not see the 'Target lists' module in the Studio.

      First I followed the instructions suggested in the link below to add it to the Studio : http://forums.sugarcrm.com/f3/trouble-editing-target-list-list-view-headings-24551/ Then I added the SugarChimp field to the Target list Layouts. Now I'm able to reconfigure the target lists. Thank you :)

      Ahh, good job. I forgot Target Lists are not visible in studio by default.

      Also, what version of SugarChimp are you running?

      I'd go ahead and download/install SugarChimp 7.0.11a if you're not on that version already.

      I'm confirming now, but I think the only change made between 7.0.11 and 7.0.11a only affects customers who are using MSSQL and not MySQL.

      I'll let you know if that's not true. So if you're running MySQL, you are just fine on 7.0.11.
