SugarChimp

I had high hopes for this plugin for the $44/mo price tag, but it really seems to be missing some important functionality. For example I can't do any Group Management synchronization. We've got defined groups in Mailchimp which do not come over to SugarCRM. So we don't have a way for our sales people to manually subscribe or unsubscribe contacts to Mailchimp Groups unless we give them credentials on Mailchimp. I figured this would allow for Segmentation and Group Management in Sugar. I also don't see a way to setup Drip Emails or event triggered emails in SugarCRM. Say for example one of our sales agents updates a contact record and upon this happening have an email template in Mailchimp triggered and sent. I'm just not seeing the value here unless I'm missing something ? Also I'm nervous that deletions in Mailchimp will be copied to Sugar? Is this a possibility?
