Save Your Team Countless Hours. SugarChimp syncs your lists in both directions so you can work in your preferred app. Segment and group your Mailchimp subscribers based on Sugar data so you can market to the right people at the right time. Compatible with all versions and editions of Sugar and SuiteCRM. Created by Fanatical Labs, 2023 SugarCRM Partner Award Winner.
Hi there, yes SugarChimp will work on a cloud instance. We support SugarCRM versions 6.5.* and 7.* and it can be for an instance you host yourself or using Sugar's On-demand servers.
The primary task of the integration is to keep your Sugar Target List in sync (both ways) with a MailChimp list. So if you use a MailChimp web form and someone subscribes, if there is not a record for that email address in Sugar, a new record will be created and it will be added to the Sugar Target List.
Does that cover what you're wanting to do? Is there a specific use case you're looking to cover?
Here's a list of everything the integration does: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/addons/SugarChimp
And here's a list of our documentation: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp
Sounds great, let me know if you have any other questions. It comes with a free 30-day trial if your team wants to give it a try: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/addons/sugarchimp/pricing

and a record can be created in Sugar depending on a specific response in MailChimp right?
Is there a guide I can see for such actions before we decide to buy?
