#761 - SugarChimp campaigns synchronisation not displayed in the admin panel
Hi, I've just installed SugarChimp on our Sugar CRM and so far everything seems working properly regarding lists and name fields synchronisation. Unfortunately it is not the same for the campaign synch. In the "SugarChimp administration" section of the admin panel I just got "SugarChimp configuration" and "SugarChimp Health status". The "SugarChimp campaigns synchronisation" option is not displayed.
So in the end even if I can send emails from mail chimp using Sugar's lists, I can neither export the statistics to Sugar nor using a campaign created on Sugar.
Do you have any clue why I do not have that option? Thanks,

Hi Simone, glad to hear the list and subscriber syncing is working.
Currently the list and subscriber syncing is all that SugarChimp supports. Campaign Summaries and Activity Syncing is coming very soon. We are in final testing.

Thank you for the prompt answer. I am bit confused, though... Why have I seen that the "SugarChimp campaigns synchronisation" does exist in some online tutorials and in other Mail Chimp's articles (such as this one https://connect.mailchimp.com/how-to/44) if it is not supported yet?
Is there no way at all to view the campaign reports on Sugar CRM so far?

Hi again, I'm sorry for the confusion. That's a very old article and we've requested that they take it down.
Before we acquired the integration from it's previous owner, there was an attempt at campaign syncing, but it didn't work well. We had to remove it until it could be properly implemented.
Give us a few more days and you'll have exactly what you need.
Aside from the campaign reports, the functionality provided today will save you a ton of time since you no longer have to manually import/export data. Also, you can see the campaign activity for individual people if you go to Admin > Connectors and activate the MailChimp Connector.

Yes please, just one more... Will we be able to send the statistical data - that we are now getting from our ongoing campaigns - to sugar once the new feature is ready, or what we are getting now will not be synced afterwords?
