Hi Jeremy, to sync your Sugar data into MailChimp, you first need to create a Target List in Sugar and add your Contacts, Leads and Target that you want to sync.
Then follow these steps to queue them to sync to MailChimp: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/add-new-list
