#950 - Upgrade from Basic to Professional
Hi,
We purchased this module not realising it was only basic as at the time there was only one price option. We now can't see synced data from MailChimp and will need to go to Professional. How can we upgrade this?

Hi Nicole, that's not a problem. All you need to do is go here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/addons/sugarchimp/pricing
And start a new "Professional" trial. Download the Professional edition and install it over the Basic edition. You'll be issued a new license key as well you'll need to use after you install the new edition.
You can cancel your Basic trial by going to your orders, click the order number the Basic trial is on, click the "Purchase History" tab and then click "Quit Trial".
