#1868 - Fresh install to 7.6.1.0 Enterprise - mask on standard Leads module field not applying

This masking was setup after installing the plugin, running a Quick Repair and Rebuild and then testing during creation of new Lead records and editing existing records. In no case was there any sign of the masking functionality working.

What should I check? Is the masking syntax incorrect? This is for use on standard U.S. phone numbers.

    Hello,

    I think you forgot another type of "Repair" that is needed after the installation. You will find more details on our documentation page : https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SynoFieldMask#documentation .

    After the install you will have to run these repair action in order: Click on << Rebuild JS Grouping Files >> Click on << Quick Repair and Rebuild >> Click on << Rebuild Sugar Logic Functions >>
