#2813 - Should I update version?

We currently have version 20150629 installed on our Sugar instance (7.6.1.0). In my SugarOutfitters "Purchases" section I see I 20160708 available for me to download. We're not having any issues with the current version. Should I still update? Has anything changed since my current version and this one? Thanks a lot.
