#3014 - Trying to deploy template, getting error

Closed Bug? created by fareedjreisat Verified Purchase 7 years ago

I just made some changes to my dashboard template and was going to deploy it to our users, but when I loaded up the deploy interface, I noticed there was no checkboxes next to the user names for me to select. And there was also an error at the top of my screen: "Field Render Failed Unable to render the undefined field. Please contact technical support."

I will include a screenshot if I can so you can have a visual. We recently upgraded from Sugar 7.6.1.0 to 7.7.2.0, so I'm not sure if something went wrong with Syno Field Mask during the upgrade.

Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

P.S. I already tried running quick repair & rebuild
