#1678 - Adding Opacus Activities Sync to SugarCRM 6.5.5 CE gives no content to the ../index.php?module=OpacusActivitiesSync&action=index URL
HI,
I follow the guide here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/activities-sync/installation-guide but when I click on the Opacus Activites Sync choice in admin to setup and input my license, I get no webpage shown. Just blankness.
What to do?

Hi Christopher, thank you for your support request.
We have tested on 6.5.22 and 6.5.0 Community Edition versions, and have not experienced this error. Are you able to provide the following:
The section of the web server error logs that may contain any errors triggered when visiting the page The section of the SugarCRM log that may contain any errors triggered when visiting the page The versions of the following: Database Server, Web Server, PHP and Operating System

Hi Jon,
I fixed it now, it seems that some of the files for some reason ended up having root privs in the cache and the webserver was running as www-data. Strange as it was imported through the Sugar GUI.

Thank you for the feedback, we'll close the case for now as I'm not sure how much control we have over the file permissions from the installer, but we'll double check your findings.
