#1833 - Verification Issue

Hi, I have gotten a demo version of your application and installed the plugin in my CRM. Got the application in my iphone and followed the user guide that you guys provide but I can't seem to get past the verification step. I have copied and pasted the server url and the calendar publish key several times so there can be no typo in that. I notice that there is an advanced page in the app too with port/ssl settings but there was no mention of this in the user guide. Could you guys let me know what might be going wrong? Thank you.
