#2022 - Please do not bill me until sync works
I reported that the Sync function is not working from the device back to Sugar.
A response from support about a sync time delay was offered and a request to provide operating system version was requested if this was not the case.
Problem persists and I sent information without a response.

Jumping in here. Best way to ensure that you do not get charged until then is to cancel your trial. I can do that for you or you can also do that by going to your Purchases, click on the Purchase History tab for your order, and then click on the Quit Trial link on the right side.

To clarify, you can then start another trial when your issues are worked out.
