#2267 - Can't connect using your guide
Tried CalDAV-connection following the guide at https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/activities-sync/user-guide, but I can't get a connection. Thunderbird/Lightning doesn't even ask for username and password.
Also tried the iCal connection guide, but it only works in one direction (reading) and throws a MODIFICATION_FAILED when trying to update from Thunderbird/Lightning.
The iCal solution was easier to try using the given URL in SuiteCRM/SugarCRM settings, but I can't find a CalDAV URL?

When will this be answered? If there's an solution this extension is money in the bank for you. If not. At least answer!

Also, I got better response **from one of your **retailers. Who so-happens ceased selling your product because of my issue in particular, but more so as they've received numerous complaints for your lack of customer service. They simply got tired of being in the line of fire as customers, like me, failed to discern that they were only retailers of your product.
It's a shame really. We honestly loved your piece of software, and I literally had the billing card in my hand. But why would we buy a product when we can't even earn the slightest pre-sale interest from you? How would that guarantee us any customer service when we've paid for a broken or buggy software?
And I made good on my promise recommending my clients and fellow web designer not to use this software. Well, not the software itself, but buying anything from you.
I know this support issue will be deleted, but this is the internet, guys. These kind of bad never disappears. Just saying.
I mean ONE YEAR, people! **ONE WHOLE YEAR+ **just to get an answer.
