#3179 - Problem installing Activities Sync SuiteCRM 7.8.1.

Closed Installation created by Ortwin Verreck 7 years ago

Hi Jason,

We've started a trial period with Activities Sync

but we have some problems installing the software. We can't use the software right now.

To add some more context to the problems experienced:

When adding a calendar using Thunderbird, I can see there is a PROPFIND call that gets a 401 in response. After filling in the right credentials, I get another 401, and again, and again.. This happens both with users that are in LDAP (LDAPAuthenticate) and local users (SugarAuthenticatie) This happens also when trying to login using a browser.

By default we use SAMLAuthenticate, which we can 'downgrade' tot LDAPAuthenticate or SugarAuthenticate if necessary: which is/are supported? We're testing this on SuiteCRM 7.8.1.

Kindest Regards Erwin Bogaard helpdesk@ecm2.nl

Hi, are you using your calendar publish key (found on your user profile) as the password for CalDAV?
