#4275 - I have just update to PHP 7.3 and cannot connect when using either php-fpm and/or mpm_event_module in apache.

When I switch on "mpm_event_module" and use "php-fpm" I cannot connect to the calendar via
It fails, full stop.
No error message, in any of apache logs, any php error log nor sugar logs.
The only thing that happens in the calendar app on mobile/thunderbird it asks me for a new password, that all I see.
It is not able to read anything of
https://SERVERNAME/SugarCRM/sas.php/calendars/[MYUSERNAME]/default
I cannot provide any more information, there are no log entries why this fails.
If I switch off php-fpm, I can use it again.
