#4473 - cannot activate license on SuiteCRM version 7.11.18

Apparently I can't activate my license on SuiteCRM version 7.11.18.
Get the following error:

By the way, only OpacusActivitySync-Sugar-2.0.13.vSix-to-vEight.zip
can be installed, other:
activities-sync-3.0.6.zip October 11th, 2019
activities-sync-3.0.8.zip January 14th, 2020
activities-sync-3.0.9.zip
give incompatibility with Sugar CRM version (my Suite CRM indicates I have Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)).
