DocParser creates PDF or MS Word documents based on any record and it's related data. DocParser can be used to merge information from any module into a presentation-quality document and create an MS Word and PDF documents. The parsed document can be downloaded from both the List view and Detail view.

FF version - 68.0.2
Nothing happens when I press "parse document" button. Just quick message "retreiving doc parser templates".
In other browsers works fine (Chrome)

Sorry for the inconvenience. It should work normally. Are you getting any error or any text display on the console window on FF? While using on the Chrome browser are you getting the DocParser templates and able to generate document properly? It would be good if you will come on Skype so we can help better.
