#4353 - Send Doc for Signature - not working
Hi, I've just started to test this and everything seems to be working fine so far, apart from the Send Doc for signature option within any of the Sugar modules; Accounts/Contacts/Leads/Quotes I have a demo session with my customer tomorrow morning, so would be great if you could contact me and fix please?
My demo instance is using standard Sugar v9.3

Hi, I will try my best to resolve in this very short notice. However, can you share what sort of error or failure happens when you try to send documents from those modules? What option you choose on "Send Doc for signature option"? If possible can you share a screenshot or anything for a quick help?

Thanks for the quick response and testing you've done. Just one last point, I don't see the signed Document within CRM. Can you confirm if this is a bug or intentional please? (I hope it's a bug) :-)

Do you have your own demo instance that does have signed version in CRM that I can use to show customer this morning?

Same problem for me on a demo environment ... version 1.6 no "send docusign document" fom contact and no signed attachment
