I work together Collum, analizing this issue.

I think the problem could be this CRM is hosted on SugarCloud. Please check this error: Refused to frame 'https://appdemo.docusign.com/' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "default-src 'self' *.sugarcrm.com *.salesfusion.com *.salesfusion360.com *.sugarapps.com *.sugarapps.eu sugarcrm-release-archive.s3.amazonaws.com https://*.pendo.io pendo-io-static.storage.googleapis.com pendo-static-5197307572387840.storage.googleapis.com pendo-eu-static.storage.googleapis.com pendo-eu-static-5197307572387840.storage.googleapis.com". Note that 'frame-src' was not explicitly set, so 'default-src' is used as a fallback.

It violates the following Content Security Policy!!!!! why??? If this addOn is compatible with SugarSell, this issue shouldn't get using your Docusign connector. Because SugarSell is always onCloud. Do you know what I mean? Could it be the source of this issue?

Thanks for reaching out and shedding a light on CSP. I understand your concern. I will add the CSP for the trusted URLs in my upcoming release.

For a time being you can add below from the SugarCRM admin > Content Security Policy Settings

Our bugfix: Changing this path '\DocuSign\eSign\Model\array' to '\DocuSign\eSign\Model\ModelList[]' Perhaps you could fix it for uncoming release too.
