Hi, we're looking for a Docusign integration with Sugar that will do these two things:

-Retrieve the form values from the Document envelope (filled in by the customer) once the document is signed - Retrieve and pull back in the attachments uploaded to the envelope from the customer

Can your solution do this?

    • If you are sending the DocuSign Templates from CRM, And have created the Mapping of that templates fields with the CRM fields, Then upon signature by customer. The information can be pulled back and updated in CRM.

    Retrieve and pull back in the attachments uploaded to the envelope from the customer

    • Yes this happens for any Document sent for signature from CRM.
