#1318 - No Response from Captivea
We are having an intermittent bug with the drawing field failing to save when captured from a touchscreen. I've attempted to contact Captivea via email and skype several times for the last few weeks and it appears this company is either no longer in business or no longer supports this plugin, as I have not received any response.

First, the problem is not posted here, so we will explain it here to all customers : this customer has some signatures that are disappearing. He add a new functionnality to his CRM after having installed and used the modules since early January.
This modification seems to manipulate Sugar Data including re-saving data, but don't sent the embedded signature picture data. Sugar framework see then an empty field and an empty field means 0 data, so it thinks the user is trying to delete the signature, thus deleting the actual signature stored in upload directory.
Not a bug but a wrong integration.

Thanks Don, please be sure we are still in business ! (We juist achieved the full SugarCRM certifications journey !)
But this customer sent his email on April 15th and it was during the Easter holidays (13 to 26th) ! We then need few times to create the internal support cases and try to reproduce the problem.

The problem is linked to customer's implementation of AOS_Invoices (Advanced OpenSales) that removes some CORE HTML attributes to the UI requested to perform signature save while using a touch screen. Nothing directly related to our module code. Closing.
