#4759 - Customer's sales team not syncing after update
Hello,
I have a customer who is experiencing issues related to their integration:
"My sales team reports that they are no longer able to sync their emails with the “contacts” in Sugar automatically. Could you please connect me with the Sugar support person so I can investigate resolving this? It seems that whenever Sugar does an upgrade to their software our auto-sync stops…. Thank you."
