Hi,

I installed as you describe in both manual (instalation and user) and nothing happening in my SugarCRM aplication (version 6.5.22) - it does not syncronize anything.

Can you help me?

    Hi Please make sure following points

    1- Contact and Calendar Schedulers are running in your instance if not, then setup cron job. 2- Gmail Id Authentication is completed if not then follow User Guide Instructions to do it. 3- Under GSync License Configuration, license key is verified and your sugar instance user is under Enabled Users listy.

    Please make sure above all points and then get back to us for the next instructions if still sync is not working for you.
