#1713 - License Key not validating
I have installed the plugins but cannot get the key validated. I've hit 'renew' several times and have tried different keys and nothing. Please help.

We can see in customer logs that your license Key is valid and active and successfully validated.
Can you please double check in your instance that are you able to see access RT GSync Users Configuration screen? If not then please send us screenshot for the issue you are facing,
