My sales reps are in a role specifically for them. Do I have to adjust the RT GSYNC role restrictions for this to work properly?

    Hello,

    Thank you for showing interest into RT GSync.

    Yes you need to make sure that for your Sales Reps's Role, RT GSync module is enabled under their specific role. By default RT GSync is enabled for all those users who has license access but still for safe side, you can assure by checking that particular Role.
