We have a new employee who needs this integration. I cannot get his calendars to sync to each other. I never had the popup after testing the connection to allow gsync to have access.

Hi Ben,
Please make sure that pop-ups are enabled from your browser before you install RT Gsync.
You can share the user's Sugar and Gmail credentials with us at support@rolustech.com and we can do the settings for him.
