    Hi Tony,

    As advised earlier, we have already checked all front end settings in the previous Teamviewer session. This issue (tasks not syncing from mobile phone) needs to be investigated at code level in order to fix it. The developer cannot do in-depth code level investigation through Teamviewer so kindly share a backup with us so we can look into it and fix it. In case you cannot do this because of sensitive data then you can share the backup with just the schema of database (empty database).

    Also please share the Sugar log file so we can try to figure out the issue from there.
