Apologies for the delay.
We have checked your system. You have Sugar 7.7.X and RT GSync 3.9.1 does not support versions below 7.8 which is why you were having issues with the plugin.
However, we have installed an older version of RT Gsync (v3.9) and it is working fine now. You can verify it and let us know.
