The latest version for RT GSync is 3.9.1. You should install that on to your Sugar.

That version is not in the orders section of sugar outfitters (see screenshot) can you send me a link to that download please...

ok. Starting to get a little dismayed with the support. Seems a little patchy. ok, I have sent several emails directly to rolustech support but got very little response. Here's how far I have got...
The calendar functionality works but is very buggy. I can now see multiple google calendars to select when creating a task/meeting etc. However. The list is not up to date, which makes me suspect that there is a cache somewhere. Here's what I see in sugarcrm...

I am going to be honest. I am on the verge of writing a review of both sugar outfitters and rolustech highlighting my gripes. Neither of whom seem v. proactive in looking after their user base.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
You need to install the latest package i.e RT_GSync_Sugar_8.zip
Hopefully this will work absolutely fine on your Sugar. Should you still face issues, just share your credentials with support@rolustech.com and one of our support engineers will get it up and running for you.
