#862 - reset button and no area in the user account for credentials.
After a period of time I have had to rebuild my suitecrm instance ( I use it for tests and syncing my own data). I assumed that the reset button would reset the licence so that I could connect my gmail account. Having performed a fresh install and having pressed the reset button, I have followed the documentation but the area under the user account is not available. i.e I have no where to enter my gmail credentials. In fairness this is the second time in two days I have attempted this the first had a few Google issues and I also cocked up the installation of an Add-on! a new fresh install is on the virtual machine.
so here's the bolts; Ubuntu 14.04 (fully updated) All permissions are correct for the SuiteCRM installation. I have followed the guide in every detail and performed 6 repair and rebuilds. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Guys, Sorry that it's been a while, I don't often get the chance to work on my own projects. The initial issue is resolved but I have another issue. The account credentials fail with bad authentication every time even though I have tested them and know them to be correct. I've also set the Gmail account settings but I'm not getting any prompt for approval. Just the 'Authentication with Google failed. Reason: BadAuthentication'. I also set the permissions site wide to 775 to test it and dropped my firewalls internally. (external allows all traffic out and return traffic in at the moment).
Would you be able to advise me further on this please?

Hi,
You can test account credentials with any other email address too.
Also, please let me tell you that GSync does not completely support SuiteCRM, it works greatly for SugarCRM Versions. This is mentioned in FAQs section as well. Please try to use it for SugarCRM,
For SuiteCRM, We shall launch the tested version very soon,
